    The respondents had advertised posts of Shift Attendant for
    which the essential qualification was two years diploma course. The
    petitioners are three years diploma holders. However, they could not apply
    because in the on-line application system there was no provision for a
    person to apply who was three years diploma holder. The contention raised
    in the present petition is that thereafter the Commission (after the
    intervention of this Court in a few cases) realized that it could not bar
    candidates with higher qualification from applying and some such
    candidates were allowed to apply but no public notice in this regard was
    issued by which other persons like the petitioners having higher
    qualification would have come to know that they are also eligible to apply.
    It is also further stated that only the written test has been conducted and
    therefore the situation is not beyond redemption even today.
    To my mind that may not be a complete argument because the
    Court has not only to consider the interest of such persons who could have
    applied but also the interest of the general public to have posts filled.
    Be that as it may, I deem it appropriate to issue notice to the
    respondents. Ordered accordingly.
    On the asking of the Court, Ms. Shruti Jain Goyal, Assistant
    Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
    Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to supply two
    copies of the paper book to the learned A.A.G. during the course of the day.

    jabki mere ek frnd ka gen me 45% (as per answer key) tha or uska bhi document verification me roll number aaya hai

    1.age 45% wale ko bhi us list me jagah mil gyi hai toh is hisab se cutoff jyada nhi jayafgi sayad
    agar itna nhi hai toh fir kyo hssc wale unko bulate hai

    agar itne kam number walo ko jagah hi nhi di jayegi toh kyoo fir hssc wale roadways ko bhi kamayi karwa rahe hai
    2. ya fir unhone jaan bujhker bulaye hai ki ab jiski koi setting ho wo interview ke time apni setting lagwa le or job le le
    3. agar 50% wala paas hai toh uska number hi nhi aana tha

Agar gso mein se btech bahar kar diye jate hain to sa mein se bhi diploma bahar hoga kyonki advertisement mein sa mein sirf iti aur gso mein sirf polytechnic diploma likha hai kahin bhi dono advertisement mein ‘or higher education’ nahi likha hai.court to sab ka bhala chahta hai isliye in bachon ke document hssc ko dilva diye but ab aage kya karna hai ye govt aur hssc ke hath mein hai.doosri baat court ke jurisdiction mein stay lagane ka adhikar tak bhi nahi hai kyonki education matter par stay nahi laga ja sakta hai ye sarkar ke paas power hoti hai isliye friends bharosa rakho kisi ke sath anyay nahi hoga aur jo log jabardasti galat tarike se chusna chah rahe hain wo jyada khush na ho.
